- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Superb treatment!!!! I was on a fun road trip with my 12 year old son and 9 year old twin daughters staying in Cambria. I had been suffering for 3 days. Tried to go to the "Urgent care" in Cambria. however, it's by appointment only...urrgg..lol..so they kindly recommended This facility. Oh my goodness..I was kind of scared to drive 30 minutes to an unfamiliar area, but I was desperate. I called first and I was treated with compassion, concern and respect by a very nice "front desk" woman. The second I walked in with my twins in tow, I was greeted by 2 blonde women who helped me instantly with beautiful caring smiles. I got in so quickly that I couldn't believe it. I was put in an exam room and again, instantly the sweetest, most caring BSN student from Biola (Morgan) came in to take a short history..she was very kind, caring and professional. Then very shortly after that, Julie Kelly PA came in. I can't believe how caring, kind, professional and thorough she was..she explained everything in detail and was very patient with me. I was so impressed with her assessment skills and medical knowledge. She had the student Morgan administer an injection and wrote me a prescription for 3 medications. So, to recap, ALL staff...front desk, RN student, and Julie PA exceeded my expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend this urgent care to anyone. Thank you do much everyone!! I feel better already!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Holiday time. Very busy. Arrived at 4 p.m. Finished up with the nurse practitioner at 7 p.m. Nurse Practitioner Darlene was lovely. She was great. Took care of my hemotama in a matter of minutes. Nurse/assistant also very efficient. They need to have more staff is the only suggestion. Receptionist was very busy but extremely patient with each client. It is your only option when you are in Morro Bay. Bring in more staff during the holidays.January 05, 2017by Valerie Zacharchuk
